The AIR-KING unit has been engineered using high quality products housed in a 16 Gauge steel cabinet. Finished in dark blue chemical resistant polyurethane paint for long unit life. Each unit is a self-contained system and can be used individually for smaller operations or in groups for larger areas. AIR-KING M-25 provides efficient removal of irritating contaminants such as smoke, oil mist, chemical fumes or dust.

AIR-KING M-25 uses efficient filters which have been constructed using micro-glass fibers. The filters are able to separate sub-micron particles from the air passing through the unit and hold them in high quantities. Four inch pleated pre-filters catch the larger particles and extend the bag filters life. A wide range of different filters are available for different applications. Filter efficiencies are rated by ASHRE standards 52-76. The M-25 also comes with the option of adding an additional Wrap-A-Round Prefilter, that increases the life of the pleated pre-filter and main bag filter. INSTALLATION:
Installation of your unit is usually quite simple. The unit is designed for chain hanging, rod mounting or a wall bracket installation. The location of the units and the design of the airflow system can best be handled by your sales engineer after an inspection of your particular area. The Model M-25 (shown in the picture below) is with the Wrap-A-Round option. Wrap-A-Round is designed to extend the life of the pleated pre-filter and main bag filter.
