Denray Machine, Inc. Spark Shield Options & Aluminum Package
Denray’s tables are equipped with a 20” tall spark shield around the work area. These shields are hinged, except on the Model 2630-G, and removable to accommodate larger or longer work pieces. These shields are designed to increase the efficiency of the table and to protect co-workers, bystanders, and the work area. Spark Shield options are available on all tables except the 2630-G & 3648-G & 3648-SD-G.

Aluminum Package ALUMINUM DUST IS VERY EXPLOSIVE! Producing and then capturing a fine dust into dry filters presents a major safety issue. Safety precautions should be taken very seriously, and Rule 651 in the N.F.P.A. rules can be purchased vai the internet if necessary. Denray has done some things to help with the necessary safety precautions in accordance to the National Fire Protection Association. These things are as follows (and are available with the purchase of the Aluminum Package): Spunbond Aluminized Filters help prevent static electricity, Aluminum Angle holds Fiberglass Grating in place, Water Pan Elimination prevents aluminum dust from floating on the water and producing hydrogen gas and a Three-Sided Aluminum Shield protects the surrounding environment.
