Denray Grind Booths
ARE YOUR ITEMS TOO BIG FOR A DOWNDRAFT TABLE? |
Custom Booth with ¼” safety glass on top & top half of sides and steel bottom

Denray Machine has developed a dust booth usable for metal applications that are too large for the downdraft table. The Denray “Grind” Booth offers some unique features, making them stand out from the competition. Denray’s dust booth introduces air into the filters from the top, helping to prevent dust from sucking back onto the filter after the cleaning pulse blows dirt off. Many competitors’ machines allow the dirty air to enter the filter from the sides, and when the filters are pulsed, the dust that is blown off sucks back onto the filter. Denray prides them-selves on building custom tables to fit the customer needs, and will do the same with the dust “Grind” booth. Call to discuss any ideas and thoughts you might have concerning the grind booth and let Denray build a unit that fits your needs instead of changing your operation to fit a standard built unit. |

Denray offers a new feature to allow for better filter cleaning. A VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) is an option, when machine is shut off; it will slow down from 1400 RPM’s to 400 RPM’s and will run a cleaning cycle on the filters. Each set is pulsed twice then the machine will shut off. With much lower rpm allows the filters to be cleaned much deeper, allowing more time between the need of pulling filter out for deep cleaning. This will provide more time for production. Booths run quietly at 72 decibels inside the booth and 74 outside. A clear heavy vinyl encloses the work area, allowing light to enter the work area while preventing operator claustrophobia. For best results, both units should have the sides and top enclosed to leave an open front only. Anything over 10’ must have multiple power units. Standard depth is 10’ with other depths available.
