Downdraft Grind Tables

Denray grind tables are made for the general grinding of ferrous metals, and come equipped with water pans built over the filters to help protect them from hot spark exposure.
The flame-retardant cartridge filters, 100% spunbond-polyester, clean to 0.5 micron. Compressed air cleans the filters, pulsing dirt off the filters and into the drawer below with the “Jet Pulse Push Button” cleaning system which can be set with an automatic timer.
Most of Denray’s tops are a ¼” Steel plate. Strategically placed holes have been designed around the parameter, creating a higher air flow around the spark shield and operator work area. Fiberglass grate is available, and comes standard in the Aluminum Package. Rubber matting is also available for protecting polished products. Aluminum Packages are available for all Denray Downdraft Grind Tables, but because of possible volatility of aluminum dust the package needs to be discussed with Denray technicians.
