Denray Machines Cartridge Filter System is the best on the market. Denray’s “Jet Pulse” pushbutton cleaning line comes in various dimensions to accommodate any job size. These tables all come with 80/20 cartridge filters which clean with a 99.95% capture rate at 0.5 micron.
The dust is captured and collected in the filter. The “Jet Pulse” push button cleaning system sends a burst of air from the air tank to purge the cartridge filter.

Pushbutton Cleaning tables have air tanks built inside to be filled with the shops compressed air. At the push of a button, the complete contents of the tank are instantly dumped inside the filters. With that large amount of air, the dust is pushed off the filter and settles into the dust drawer below for cleaning (emptying) as needed.
When working on a downdraft table, smaller pieces will always give you the best
results, where the part you are working on will cover no more than 75% of the tables
surface. If more than 75% of the surface is covered, raise the part up to allow the negative air created by the table to go under the part; that will create a much higher air flow.
